Separate incident records, response timing, acknowledgment data, and district heatmap values.
All Clear closes an incident; it is not a separate alarm. Date filters use this device’s local time zone. Alarm acknowledgments and call answers are separate measurements.

Newest alarms first. On-time, late, missed, not required, and unknown are distinct. Open an alarm heading to see its timeline.
Floorplan consistency heatmap
M = missed; L = late. Larger values identify recurring issues. Gray = no known eligible outcomes. Locations use the current floorplan; historical room names remain in the incident timeline.
